Science Camp for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Due to unforseen circumstances, the Science Camp for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is not being offered in 2023. We expect the Science Camp to be held at Jefferson Lab again next summer. Information from the 2019 Science Camp is displayed below as a general reference. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Welcome to Deaf Science Camp!

Each summer, we explore different areas of science by doing hands on activities. We also have deaf and hard of hearing guest speakers that inspire us with their stories.

We have ASL Only Days in which No Voice is used. We also have days when ASL Interpreters are provided. Students are welcome to join us for the entire week or just a day... We are very flexible!
