Proposals must be submitted by June 15, 2012. Proposal receipt will be acknowledged by email. Late proposals will be considered on a space-available basis. A special discounted rate is provided for up to four presenters per session, however, all presenters are required to pre-register for the PDI by September 1, 2012. All presenters must be registered by September 1, 2012, for inclusion in the PDI program. Note: Commercial presenters must be registered as exhibitors.
