Frostbite Theater
Total Lunar Eclipse Time-Lapse
A wide angle view of the total lunar eclipse of May 15-16, 2022. Exposures were made every 30 seconds and are displayed at a rate of one exposure every two frames of video. The exposures were unchanged during the duration of the eclipse. It's amazing how dark it gets during totality - as long as the neighbor's security light doesn't come on!
