Neutron/Gamma Pulse Shape Discrimination with Flash ADCs

I worked with the new Flash ADCs to ensure that they provide consistent results with the old ADC technology. I also performed noise testing to see how resistant the Flash ADCs are to 60hz noise. Finally, I worked on a function to parameterize the pulse shape digitized by the Flash ADC.
