The novel field of quantum computing could offer huge scientific advantages. It could give an opportunity to simulate field theories that strongly interact with each other. It would allow the use of Minkowski-signature correlators, instead of Euclidian calculations which are based in imaginary time. An example of this routinely performed calculations is Lattice Quantum Chromodynamics (LQCD). The focus of this work, was to investigate the consequences of quantum computation in the extraction of hadronic and Compton-like scattering amplitudes.
