Pansophy is a process control, data collection, and data access system. It is a web-based information management system used to collect and process data. The software supported is an information system which is a critical element in the Project's Quality Assurance program and is the prime data collection and retrieval product utilizing web/database construction. The support efforts also require maintaining existing code as well as developing new web-based applications that expand the functionalities of the local data management system, Pansophy. The team also supports the R&D group in Particulate, Thin Film, and Substrate studies. A software package, SamTraxs, will be designed and implemented to support the R&D group’s efforts in data collection and analysis. SamTraxs is a sample tracking program, and it is managed by under Pansophy project. Sample tracking helps scientist know where are in the testing process. SamTraxs is an application collection data, updating data, or managing data set to associate with the material test sample. It is developed to track element chemical, manage high-quality electron beams as well as particles nucleus.
