SAMTRAXS Supports EDAX Genesis Particulate Study

In this Sample Tracking System, there is a section called EDAX. EDAX is called Genesis Particulate Software. It supports scientists to collect and count number of elements in the cavity. The machine helps engineers to analyst data and samples. The machine will output csv file, and SAMTRAXS allow clients upload those file. SAMTRAX support EDAX to display and save data in database. Data was compiled with Excel VBA code to Reclassify GenPart labeling to JLab labeling, Separate Spindle Data, Create Cumulative and Individual Spindle Reports, and Generate thresholding datasets. By selecting as a part of the community college intern, we are working directly with the software team members to create a module to support SRF R&D Materials Science efforts in the research of particulates in CEBAF.
